The First Festival
The days are getting longer and warmer again, and the German metropolis invites all Berliners and guests of the city to celebrate spring awakening. From 27 February to 8 March 2020, the Spring Light Festival will take place in the capital for the first time. And it is an absolute must for all fans of the light festivals! Tourist attractions and facades will be magically illuminated by international light artists.

Spring Light Festival is a new lighting event by the Verein Berlin Leuchtet e.V. Traditionally, the Verein Berlin Leuchtet offers two festivals in autumn: Berlin Leuchtet and Festival of Lights. But in 2020 the buildings of the capital will shine splendidly even on the first days of spring. Video Mapping on buildings takes center stage – come to Berlin at the end of February and let yourself be enchanted!
The World as a Guest in Berlin
Spring Light Festival offers the first days of spring to enjoy and see sights of Berlin in the magical light. The facades of tourist attention points and hotels will light up daily from 7 pm to midnight, and it’s worth seeing! Video mapping shows on the theme “The world as a guest in Berlin” await for the visitors to the festival. Artists from several countries will present their skills to the public.
