Arrival and departure time
Check-in: from 13:00* to 20:00** / Check-out: from 07:00 to 11:00
*You are welcome to leave your luggage with us earlier.
Earlier check-in is possible, but we cannot promise that your room will be ready by this time.
Of course you can store your luggage with us until your departure.
** Our reception is open until 20:00. If you are able to arrive later than 20:00, we will leave the key to your room in the key box and send you the code, instructions and photo by post
Cancellation
Cancellations or changes to bookings made up to 5 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cards
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, EC-Card, V Pay, JCB, Union Pay. The hotel reserves the right to carry out a credit card authorization prior to arrival.
Payment
Payment is made on arrival.
